A triple layer forming fabric SSB has two independent layer integrated together by a binder yarn in the middle. Polyester triple layer forming fabrics perform a good combination of a fine paper surface and relatively coarse wear surface which results in excellent paper sheet surface and stable high life potential.
This range of 3 layer fabrics are constructed of weft bound SSB structure with plain weave on the top side and 8 shed weave on the machine side. The integration of coarse mesh design and large yarn diameter contributes to long life time and exellent stability.
